Please read these terms before you book. They explain how our bookings, waiting time, cancellations and other parts of our service work, so we can both be clear about what to expect.

We may change these terms at any time. A booking you have already made stays at the price and terms in place when you booked it.
For how we collect and use your personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
2Bookings and prices
- We quote a fixed price when you book, and we confirm the fare before you travel. All bookings must be made through us, by our website, phone, email or WhatsApp.
- We ask for at least 3 hours’ notice for online bookings. If your journey is sooner than that, please call us on 0161 883 4041 to check availability.
- Please give us all the information the booking asks for, and use the notes box to tell us anything else we should know.
- If the journey changes after you book, for example extra mileage, extra stops, extra waiting time or a different route, extra charges apply in line with our pricing.
3Vehicles, passengers and luggage
- Please choose a vehicle that suits your number of passengers and amount of luggage. We cannot guarantee to carry excessive luggage. If you are bringing sports equipment or unusual items, tell us when you book.
- Vehicles shown on our website are typical examples of each class, and the vehicle make may vary within a class.
- A child of any age counts as one passenger. If you need a child, baby or booster seat, tell us when you book and we will try our best to provide one. You are welcome to bring your own, but you are responsible for fitting it.
- We have a strict non-smoking policy. Eating, drinking and smoking, including vaping, are not allowed in our vehicles unless the driver agrees.
4Allowing enough time
Please allow enough time for your journey, including airline check-in times and possible traffic delays. We are not responsible for a delay caused by you not allowing enough time, or by passengers who are not ready at the booked pickup time.
5Airport pickups and waiting time
- We track incoming flights, so your driver can be there when you land.
- For airport pickups we include 1 hour of free waiting time after your flight lands. After that, waiting charges apply. Please allow time for immigration and baggage collection.
- For other pickups (not at an airport) we include up to 15 minutes of free waiting time.
- If your driver cannot make contact with you within 90 minutes of landing, the booking is treated as a no-show and no refund is given.
6Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before your pickup time, and we will refund the booking in full.
- If you cancel later than that, or after the vehicle has been dispatched, a charge applies based on the distance and time the driver has already travelled or spent.
- To cancel or change a booking, contact us as soon as possible by phone on 0161 883 4041 or by email at info@m90transfer.co.uk.
7Passenger behaviour
- You are responsible for the behaviour of everyone in your party during the journey.
- You will be charged for professional cleaning if a passenger soils the vehicle.
- We may refuse to carry anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- We may refuse or end a booking immediately if the behaviour of you or your party puts a driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse. All passengers will be asked to leave the vehicle as soon as it is safe, and no refund will be given.
8Delays and things outside our control
- We do our utmost to be punctual and will use all reasonable efforts to get you to your destination on time. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as road or traffic conditions, accidents or severe weather, and we are not liable for loss caused by such delays.
- If your driver is stuck in traffic or cannot reach you in time, we will try to arrange a vehicle from one of our partners.
- We may cancel services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather, terrorist attack or other circumstances beyond our control.
9Our drivers, vehicles and partners
- We may use a sub-contractor or partner company to cover a journey. They operate to the same standards.
- We may change your vehicle or driver without notice if necessary.
- If your driver does not arrive at the booked time, please contact us straight away. If you leave the pickup point without telling us, or take another taxi or private hire vehicle without our agreement, we are not liable for that cost and will not refund you.
- If a vehicle breaks down during your journey, we will arrange another vehicle to complete it as soon as we can.
- Private hire vehicles cannot be hailed. A journey that has not been booked and confirmed through us is not covered by us or by our insurance.
10Insurance, luggage and property
- Our vehicles are licensed and insured for passenger and third-party claims.
- You are responsible for making sure your luggage is loaded and unloaded. Luggage and personal property are carried at your own risk, and neither we nor our sub-contractors are liable for loss of or damage to them, except where the law says we must be.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
11Express parcel delivery
- You must describe the item accurately when you book, including its size and weight, and package it securely.
- We cannot carry illegal, dangerous or hazardous items, or items we have not agreed to carry.
- Tell us before you book if an item is valuable or fragile so we can agree suitable arrangements. Parcels are delivered to the address and recipient you give us, and we are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
12Receipts
We can email you a receipt, or your driver can give you a handwritten receipt. If you ask for an emailed receipt on the day of travel, it can take up to two working days to reach you.
13Complaints
We take complaints seriously and investigate each one thoroughly. Please email info@m90transfer.co.uk or call 0161 883 4041, and quote your booking reference and as much detail as you can. You can also use our WUBU LIMITED Complaints Form.
14Licensing
We are a licensed private hire operator, licensed by Trafford Council, Operator Licence No. OP078 & PHO006. If you wish to contact the council about a licensed operator, you can write to: Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH, or email licensing@trafford.gov.uk. To make a suggestion or complaint about us, you can use our WUBU LIMITED Complaints Form.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of another part of the UK gives you the right to bring a claim there.
Please see our Privacy Policy for how we use your personal information. Some calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
