We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our booking services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. If you do not agree with it, please do not use this website or submit your personal information to us.
1Who we are
This website is operated by WUBU LTD, trading as M90 Transfer, a private hire operator based in Manchester, England. We are the “data controller” for the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is used.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean WUBU LTD and M90 Transfer, and “you” means anyone using this website or our services. “UK GDPR” means the UK General Data Protection Regulation, “Data Protection Act” means the Data Protection Act 2018, and “PECR” means the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
2How we handle your data
We follow the principles of the UK GDPR. We use your information lawfully, fairly and transparently; only for specific purposes we have told you about; only as much as we need; we keep it accurate and up to date; we keep it only as long as necessary; and we keep it secure. We take responsibility for complying with these principles.
3What information we collect and why
We only collect what we need to quote, arrange and carry out your journey or delivery, and to run our business.
| When | What we collect | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| You use the quote calculator | Pickup and drop-off addresses, any stops, trip type, date and time | To show you vehicle options and a fixed price. |
| You book or send an enquiry by email, the contact form, WhatsApp or phone | Your name, email address, phone number, journey details, flight number, passenger and luggage numbers, and anything you tell us in your notes | To confirm your booking, carry out the journey, reply to you and handle changes or complaints. |
| You make a special quote request | Your name, email, phone and your notes | To prepare a tailored quote for events, occasions or corporate travel. |
| You call us | Your phone number and what you tell us. Some calls may be recorded. | For quality, training, and to resolve disputes. |
| You travel with us | Pickup and drop-off details and flight information, which we may track to time your pickup | To deliver the service and meet you on time. |
| You browse this website | Technical information such as your IP address, browser and device, created by our hosting and the services described in section 8 | To keep the website working, secure and reliable. |
The contact form and the “Book This Vehicle” button do not send your details to us automatically. They open a pre-filled email in your own email app, and we only receive it when you press send.
Please do not send us sensitive information (such as health details) unless it is needed to arrange your journey, for example if you tell us about an access requirement.
4Our lawful bases
We rely on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR:
- Contract: where we need your information to give you a quote, take your booking and carry out your journey or delivery.
- Legal obligation: where the law or our private hire operator licence conditions require us to keep records, for example booking records, or to share information with our licensing authority.
- Legitimate interests: to run and improve our business, keep the website secure, prevent fraud, handle complaints and keep call recordings for quality and training, where this is not outweighed by your rights.
- Consent: where we ask for it, for example if we ever send you marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
6Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers, including Google and WhatsApp, may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual terms, so your information stays protected.
7How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. That includes the time needed to deal with your booking, handle any queries or complaints, meet accounting and tax requirements, and keep the booking records we must hold as a licensed private hire operator. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.
9Keeping your information safe
We use secure storage and access controls, and we limit who can see your personal information to those who need it for their work. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please take care about what you send us.
10Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- be informed about how we use your information;
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information erased, in certain circumstances;
- restrict how we use your information, in certain circumstances;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- object to us using your information based on our legitimate interests; and
- not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling. We do not make decisions of this kind.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. We will usually respond within one month. You can read more about your rights on the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) website.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
11Marketing and advertising
We do not currently send marketing newsletters, and this website does not carry third-party advertising or affiliate links. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it, and you will be able to withdraw it at any time. Any electronic marketing we send will comply with the UK GDPR and PECR.
12Children
Our website and services are for adults. We only collect information about children, such as the number of passengers or a child seat request, from the adult who makes the booking.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if our services or the law change. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
